Distribuciones Calzados Banyoles SL does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays and regional or local holidays of the countries of destination.
Distribuciones Calzados Banyoles SL may inform the customer, by sending an email to their email address, of the shipment's tracking number, as well as the company in charge of the shipment. The email will also include the delivery times.
The shipping costs will be the following for each order placed by the customer. Distribuciones Calzados Banyoles SL reserves the right to change the shipping costs without prior notice.
* Orders containing OUTLET products, will carry OUTLET shipping costs.
** Only applicable to orders that DO NOT contain any OUTLET products.
a) Shipping prices are per order.
b) Orders with both outlet items promotion and no promotion, will always carry OUTLET shipping costs.

Distribuciones Calzados Banyoles SL reserves the right to charge return fees on orders that have explicitly been returned for the following reasons.
2. RETURNS PROCESS TO EUROPE
1. Mark on the delivery note you will receive inside the box the items you are going to return.
2. Place the items in the original box or similar packaging.
3. Click on the following link http://castaner.returnorder.io/ and follow the steps.
4. Print the return documentation that you will find in your email.
a) Take the documentation provided to a post office (in Spain) to return the order.
b) Take the documentation provided to an Access Point (in Europe except Spain) to return the order
5. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation.
